HireUp supports community organizations in finding work for their clients who face barriers to employment. While you work on supporting your client with wrap-around support services, we go out and find employers who are excited to be recruiting from this untapped talent pool. It makes life easier for organizations with job developers and enables organizations who previously did not have employment services to offer HireUp as a viable option.

Our Process

HireUp works with community organizations to source untapped talent, while going out and finding supportive national employers who have high volume recruitment needs.We provide a foot-in-the-door for your clients to find jobs at reputable companies across Canada.

Your clients can create accounts on our job platform, upload a resume and apply jobs with companies who are looking for this talent. Each individual goes through a hiring process with companies they are interested in and successful applicants are offered work.

We believe in your clients as much as you do, but we know how important support is in retaining their new job. We ask that all community partners continue to support their clients for a period of up to six months post-employment to ensure a good experience for the client, the employer and of course your organization.
